Harber Guardian Services charges an hourly rate of $150 per hour for Guardian ad Litem services, including interviews, document review, home visits, report writing, court appearances, and travel. A retainer fee of $1,000 is required prior to the start of services; this will be held in trust and billed against accordingly.

Sliding scale fees and reduced rates are available for single-parent households and families with financial need, offered on a case-by-case basis with court approval. Pro bono cases may also be considered depending on circumstances.

All billing practices comply with Indiana Guardian ad Litem best practices and guidelines under Indiana Code Title 31.
